Come out and hunt for your treasures in our 2021 Hidden Springs Community SPRING Yard Sale! This is the perfect time to regain some of that space in your home and in your garage while making a few extra bucks!

As always, the Castra Realty Team will be setting up signs to point to registered yard sales, so be on the lookout for those signs.

WHILE HOSTING A YARD SALE AT YOUR HOME AND THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY YARD SALE EVENT THE YARD SALE HOLDER AND YARD SALE ATTENDEES WILL BE EXPOSED TO MANY PEOPLE AND THE RISK OF CONTRACTING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS IS SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS AND MAY INVOLVE RISK OF SERIOUS ILLNESS AND/OR DEATH. HOLDER AND ATTENDEE VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however, caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against the Castra Realty Team, Keller Williams and the County of Riverside relating to such risks. I hereby further agree to INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Castra Realty Team, Keller Williams, and the County of Riverside, from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to illness or death of me, my family or attendees, and/or any person or persons that come in contact with items purchased or sold while attending, whether caused by the negligence of the Castra Realty Team, Keller Williams, the County of Riverside or otherwise.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY, AND UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO IT, AND HAVE ELECTRONICALLY AGREED TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
